By accessing our website and booking any of our Morocco tours, excursions, or travel packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before confirming your booking. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. To secure your reservation for our desert tours, valley trips, or custom itineraries, a confirmed booking must be made through our website, via email, or over WhatsApp.
A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a formal confirmation email or message from the Marrakech Guidance team.
You must provide accurate contact and personal details during the booking process.
We reserve the right to decline a booking for any reason, including fully booked schedules or safety concerns.
2. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices listed on marrakechguidance.com are in Moroccan Dirhams (DH). We strive to ensure all pricing is accurate, but we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before your booking is finalized.
Accepted Payment Methods: To keep our booking process simple and secure, we exclusively accept payments via cash on arrival or bank transfer (virement bancaire). Please note that we do not process credit card payments.
Extra Costs: Any extra costs, such as optional lunches, personal purchases, or tips, are not included in the tour price unless explicitly stated in the package inclusions. We highly recommend bringing extra cash in Dirhams for these on-site expenses.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. To be as fair as possible, we have established a clear cancellation policy for all standard day trips and excursions.

4. Changes to Itineraries
The safety and comfort of our guests are our top priorities. Moroccan landscapes, including the Atlas Mountains and the Agafay Desert, can be subject to sudden weather changes.
Marrakech Guidance reserves the right to modify, shorten, or cancel a tour due to severe weather, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.
If we must cancel a tour entirely before departure due to weather or safety, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on marrakechguidance.com, including text, photographs, logos, and tour descriptions, is the property of Marrakech Guidance. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms or your booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
